SHIPPING FOR IN STOCK ITEMS - TSHIRTS AND SKATEBOARDS ETC.
For all In stock Items, we strive to ship within 3 days from when the order is placed. The shipping you choose will be additional time and does not include the time it takes us to prepare your order to ship.
We understand you may have a deadline you need to receive the items you purchase on our site by. You are welcome to email us at boards@gordonandsmith.com to make sure your item has enough lead time to be delivered on time.
If we are low on stock or out of stock on an item, we will contact you to let you know.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING FOR SURFBOARDS
All surfboards are shipped either via Daylight transport or Pilot Air Freight or Southwest Air Cargo, Average cost within the Continental USA is roughly $200-$250
This is the cheapest way to ship your board. Both Pilot Air and Daylight Transport deliver to most residential addresses or Southwest Air Cargo offers a pick up/Will Call from the closest Pilot Hub or Airport to you.
All shipments are insured in case of damage or loss. Any claims are subject to the policies of the insurer.

HAWAII SHIPPING
Shipping to Hawaii is more expensive and we will have to get a current quote for you depending upon which Island we will be shipping to etc.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR SURFBOARDS
G&S uses the best and most competitive carriers for each country to ship your surfboard.
You will be notified before we ship your surfboard which carrier will be delivering your surfboard.
Most shipments are to your nearest airport for pickup. Door delivery is an additional charge and can be quoted upon request before we ship your surfboard.
If you want door delivery you will need to include in the Order Notes that you wish to receive a quote for a door delivery of your surfboard. We will then price it and get back to you with the final price.
INSURED = YES. All shipments are insured through the chosen carrier. Any claims are subject to the policies of the insurer.

PACKING FEES
We charge a $50 packing fee that includes packing your surfboard well with needed foam and cardboard and into a custom cardboard box
