Wave Type: Perfect for waist high to slightly overhead surf in a variety of conditions.
Description: This model is a retake on a lost experimental G&S board (The Hawaiian) from the transitional era (1968) that was a hybrid between the Vee Bottom and the Baby Gun. It's been reimagined by G&S Shaper, Cade Doherty. Originally intended for "Hawaiian" surf, it features a narrow, sleek nose with wide point at center and wide diamond tail which allows for late drops, fast trim from center and aggressive turns off the tail. The bottom contour is a slight single concave to a Vee break in front of the fin that blends into a hooked " Vortex" double concave in the tail. Rails are 70/30 low and round at mid-point to a hard edge in the tail. We have a demo if you want to try before you buy and you live near San Diego, CA.
Fin set up/ Options: Recommended as a Single Fin.

- White abstract resin swirl on the Bottom & Rails
- Clear lamination on the deck
- 2/3 deck patch for added strength
- Single fin set up
- Gloss & Polish
