- Wave Type: Ideal for steep, hollow surf from shoulder height to well overhead. Makes a great travel board.
- Experience Level: Intermediate to advanced
- Description: A concept board from 1970 inspired by the Hawaiian influence of the time. Designed for steep hollow conditions, the Gypsy is a "neutral" shape with the wide point at center and nose and tail dimensions equal. This combined with the increased nose rocker and down rails allow for more vertical line up and down the face and increased speed and control in the pocket. Typical bottom contour is flat to Vee, but other options available depending on fin set up and experience.
